Interactive/Installation
On The Nature of Being
2018Interactive Architecture
Royal Academy of Art Hague
On being is an interactive multimedia performance/installation questioning the perceptions of time, freewill and what is human or machine. It makes the participant encounter simple but contradictory set of questions and relook at what it means to exist in a digital age.
The viewer has confronting conversations with people who have visited the installation before, and with time the viewer itself becomes a digital performer to be conversed with. The installation lets you have conversations across space and time.
The installation takes inspiration from the abundance of teleconferencing
tools, working of a chatbot, our understanding of Artificial Intelligence and the concept of time displacement.
